Our staff will welcome you from 3.00 PM to 8.00 PM. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can better organize the service.

Availability

Our Customer Care is always at your disposal, every day from 08.30 AM to 12.30 AM and from 3.00 PM to 8 PM, ready to assist you with courtesy and professionalism. For any emergency, we are here for you until 11.00 PM. We will be happy to assist you.

Concierge

Our staff is at your disposal to advise you on the best restaurants and the most exclusive clubs. You can receive recommendations on attractions not to be missed and assistance with purchasing tickets to exhibitions and events.

Ideal for families

Our apartments are designed for families with children. It is possible to request additional equipment such as a cot, high chair and changing table, available free of charge.

Transfer

Upon request and reservation, we organize private transfers to/from the airport or other places of interest, thanks to the collaboration with specialized companies that offer N.C.C. transfer service. (rental with driver) for various destinations.

Luggage storage

You can leave your luggage at our reception and collect it during opening hours (8.30 AM - 12.30 AM / 3.00 PM - 8.00 PM).

Housekeeping

Each apartment is equipped with all the comforts of the best hotels: fine bed linen and towels and a courtesy set with selected products. Cleaning service and linen change are carried out on request and for a fee. For long stays there is a free linen change every 4 days. Final cleaning is always included.

Park

A large wooded park is available to guests, with an area dedicated to dogs.

Swimming pool and Solarium

Our outdoor swimming pool and solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge during the summer season.

Free parking facilities

We offer the possibility of leaving your car for free in our car park. Each guest receives a code to be able to enter and exit independently without time limits.

Bikes

Upon request, we offer bicycles to our guests free of charge.

Pet friendly

Your furry friends are always welcome. We provide free bowls for food and water.

Breakfast

We take care of our guests by providing a complete breakfast, to be requested by the previous day. The service is on payment and is served directly in the apartment between 9.00 and 10.00.
